Paralegal

Brittany joined Craig & Craig, LLC in June of 2013. She attended Indiana University, after graduating Crown Point High School. At Indiana University, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology. Additionally, she became an Indiana Registered Paralegal through the Indiana State Bar Association’s prestigious affiliate IRP program in 2018 and maintains her yearly IRP status by meeting continuing legal education hours and work experience requirements. She also holds a valid Notary Public license in the State of Indiana. Brittany’s education as well as her experience make her an invaluable part of the Craig & Craig, LLC team.

She helps not only to run the office in an efficient and organized manner, but she also works alongside the attorneys in the office, in depositions and in the courtroom assisting the attorneys in their representation of both individual and corporate clients. We at Craig & Craig, LLC recognize how invaluable a strong team is to be able to offer the highest quality representation. Brittany works day in and day out to assist our clients and move cases forward. She takes a personal interest in each client and case to ensure our clients get the best representation possible.

In her free time, she enjoys playing bass guitar, landscaping and taking her rescue dog named Wilson on long walks at county parks and walking trails with her husband Brian. Samantha Mathas

Legal Assistant

Sam joined the team at Craig & Craig, LLC in February of 2018. Sam is a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana who graduated from Lowell High School and has been in the legal profession for 10 years, working in some of the most difficult legal environments.

Sam has a keen sense of humor and brings out the best in others, according to a fortune cookie from Panda Express, a fast-casual Chinese restaurant. She balances her work at the office with raising her two daughters, Evalena and Emma, and her dog, Marge.
