After January 27, 2025, please contact our office for a quote on the amount of attorney fees to complete the tax sale process. An attorney from our office will prepare and forward the statutory notices and file the appropriate documents and petitions on your behalf for a tax deed perfection if not redeemed. We will also file the appropriate forms that allow you to request to recover statutory costs if the property is redeemed.
