If you purchased a real estate tax lien(s) at a recent tax sale YOU MUST provide timely statutory notice to property owners and all third parties with a substantial interest of public record in the property or you may lose your lien rights and the Court may deny your Petition for a tax deed.
Our attorneys have been performing tax lien perfections for over twenty four (24) years. Our office can assist you in following the steps required by the Indiana Code to turn your lien into a deed, for attorney fees of only $650.00* per lien, plus costs if you contact us by January 27, 2025.
After January 27, 2025, please contact our office for a quote on the amount of attorney fees to complete the tax sale process. An attorney from our office will prepare and forward the statutory notices and file the appropriate documents and petitions on your behalf for a tax deed perfection if not redeemed. We will also file the appropriate forms that allow you to request to recover statutory costs if the property is redeemed.
