Megan L. Craig

Megan Craig attended the Kelley School of Business in Bloomington, Indiana after graduating from Hobart High School. Following graduation from the Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business degree with a double major in Accounting and Finance, Megan attended Indiana University Law School in Bloomington. Her background with a business degree provides her with a unique perspective in assisting clients. 

Megan has represented numerous businesses and financial institutions, both large and small, in various legal matters. She has spent the bulk of her career assisting businesses in not only transactional matters but also in litigation ranging from simple collections to multi-million-dollar disputes between businesses. Megan is uniquely situated in that she not only handles transactional business matters, but also litigates on behalf of numerous corporations.

Megan serves on the Commercial Courts Committee for the State of Indiana. Indiana permanently adopted ten (10) dedicated Courts to provide a forum for litigation to address the needs between commercial entities. Megan will be working with the ten (10) Commercial Court Judges and approximately thirty (30) other attorneys, judges and state senators and representatives from across the State of Indiana to ensure the Commercial Courts are set up in a way to best advance its mission.  Furthermore, Megan has hosted Continuing Legal Education Seminars on navigating the Indiana Commercial Courts. 

In addition to representing businesses and financial institutions, Megan represents numerous individuals in a variety of matters. She is also a Registered Civil Mediator. Megan’s extensive experience in finance, business operations, estates and contracts allow her to stand out in civil mediations.

Megan works alongside her husband with a top-notch team of paralegals and staff. It is this team approach that provides clients with comprehensive representation not found at other law firms.
